Leadership & advisors

The people who put their name against the work.

A claim about building your own AI is only as good as the people willing to be judged on it. Three groups carry ours: an executive team that has run mission-critical programmes at scale, sector heads who operated in the industries we build for, and an advisory bench with the standing to reject a method before anyone builds on it.

Executive

Accountable for what ships

Each sector head has operated inside the industry they now lead for us. That is the whole hiring rule, a research question should start from a real failure mode, and only someone who has lived it knows which one matters.

Research network

Who reviews the science

Sector advisors tell us which problem matters. The research bench tells us whether our answer is sound — a different question, asked by different people. All of them are named on the leadership page.

PhD advisors

Method, baselines and claim areas

Two PhD advisors review approach and validity before anything is built: whether the method is sound, whether the baseline is honest, and whether a result means what we think it means. Named in conversation, and on this page as we publish their work with us.

A note on this page. We publish credentials that can be checked: institutions, roles, programmes. Where an advisor's involvement is under agreement and not yet public, we say that rather than implying more. Ask us and we will tell you exactly who worked on what.

Start here

Bring one problem. We will tell you if it is worth building.

Thirty minutes with the engineers who would do the work. No deck, no discovery invoice, a straight read on feasibility, sequence and what a first build would take, including when the answer is that you should not build it.
